Cale Campbell Promoted to Senior Vice President and Division Manager of Havel

FORT WAYNE, INDIANA --- February 7, 2017 --- Cale Campbell has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Division Manager of Havel, a Division of Shambaugh & Son. L.P., an EMCOR Company.  In his new position, Mr. Campbell is responsible for the entire Havel Division which includes Precision Controls of Indianapolis business unit, as well as its EMCOR Construction Services (ECS) division. His promotion comes after 23 years of holding positions of increasing responsibility with the company and is one that supports further client needs and growth opportunities.

Havel has provided construction services for the installation of mechanical, electrical and building automation systems, as well as maintenance, service and energy solutions for more than 60 years.  Havel is a subsidiary of EMCOR Group, Inc. Mr. Campbell’s expanded responsibilities include management of all Havel and Precision Controls of Indianapolis operations as well as the operations of EMCOR Construction Services. This includes Havel’s:

  • Comprehensive construction services for the installation of mechanical, electrical and building automation systems as well as maintenance, service and energy solutions.
  • Precision Controls’ unique solutions for controls and service challenges including building automation controls, process controls, systems integration, and instrument calibration, and heating, ventilating, air conditioning service and replacements.
  • ECS’ construction and maintenance services and its creation of smart environments for schools, governments, and other public organizations’ needs for easy maintenance and preventative maintenance, increased energy efficiency and energy saving solutions, and cost-effective operation. 

Mr. Campbell earned his Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering degree from Purdue University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Indiana.  His professional background includes multiple certifications and training accolades including certification from the Design-Build Institute of America, and 10-Hour OSHA “Competent Training Construction Course” certification.
